Summary
This study tested five different non-surgical treatments for jaw joint (TMJ) pain in 160 adults. Treatments included a mouthguard, low-level laser therapy, laser acupuncture, or combinations of these. The goal was to see which approach best reduced pain and improved mouth opening over four weeks.
