Summary

This study tests two common physical therapy methods—Mulligan and Maitland mobilization—to see which one better eases jaw pain and improves movement in people with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. About 30 adults with jaw stiffness and pain will be split into two groups and treated. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to help people chew, talk, and move their jaw more comfortably.
