Ear stent vs mouth splint: which eases jaw pain better?

Summary

This study tests two noninvasive treatments for jaw muscle pain (TMD): a standard mouth splint and a newer ear stent. About 32 adults with moderate to severe pain will be randomly assigned to one treatment. Researchers will measure changes in muscle activity, mouth opening, and pain levels over time.
