Summary

This early-phase trial tests a drug called ACM-CpG, given as an injection into the abdomen, for people with colorectal or appendix cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly or caused fluid buildup. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if it helps control the disease. Up to 24 adults will receive the treatment and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
