Summary
This is a very early, first-in-human study to check the safety and basic effects of a new drug called TLC-1180. It will involve healthy volunteers to see how their bodies handle the drug and what side effects might occur. The study will test different doses and a tablet form, including whether taking it with food makes a difference.
