New eye drops aim to stop allergy itch and redness

Summary
This study tests an experimental eye drop called TL-925 for seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (eye allergies). About 60 adults with a history of eye allergies will receive either the active drop or a placebo. The goal is to see if TL-925 reduces eye itching and redness after exposure to allergens.
