First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study collects tear samples from 300 people with dry eye, infectious keratoconjunctivitis, mucous membrane pemphigoid, or allergic conjunctivitis. Researchers will analyze the proteins and metabolites in tears to create a unique fingerprint for each condition. The goal is to better understand these diseases and potentially improve diagnosis.
