Summary
This phase 2 trial tests an experimental drug called TJ0113 for people with depression. About 150 adults aged 18 to 65 will take either 200 mg or 400 mg of TJ0113 or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression symptoms using a standard rating scale to see if the drug is safe and effective.
