New combo therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers
NCT ID NCT05001347
Summary
This study tested whether adding an experimental drug called TJ004309 to an existing immunotherapy (atezolizumab) could help control advanced cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It involved 25 patients with specific types of advanced solid tumors, including ovarian, lung, head and neck, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers. The main goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors in patients who had already tried several other therapies.
