Summary
This study is testing whether the weight-loss medication tirzepatide might slow down the body's aging process. It will involve 90 adults aged 55-70 who are eligible for weight-loss treatment. Participants will either receive a weekly injection of tirzepatide or no drug for 24 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in biological age markers and physical function.
