Summary

This study tests a weight-loss drug called tirzepatide (brand name Spartina) in 30 obese adults who have had a kidney transplant at least a year ago. The goal is to see if the drug helps them lose weight without harming their kidney function or causing serious side effects. Participants will take the drug for 24 weeks while doctors monitor weight changes, digestive issues, and levels of their anti-rejection medications.
