Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug used for type 2 diabetes, can help people with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will measure how the body responds to insulin and meals before and after 6 weeks of treatment. 44 adults with type 1 diabetes who use an automated insulin pump will receive either tirzepatide or a placebo.
