Summary

This study is checking if the weekly medication tirzepatide, along with diet and activity coaching, helps older adults with obesity lose fat while keeping their muscles strong and bones healthy. Over 9 months, 40 participants will take the medication, track their weight and food, and attend regular check-ins. Researchers will measure changes in body fat, muscle mass, bone density, and walking ability.
