Summary

This study will follow 300 adults with obesity in Paraguay for one year to see how safe and effective the medication tirzepatide is in real-world use. Participants will receive weekly injections to help with weight loss and improve related health measures like blood sugar and cholesterol. The main goal is to monitor for side effects while also tracking how much weight people lose and how their overall health changes.
