Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug used for diabetes and weight loss, can help people who still have obesity one year after gastric bypass surgery. About 30 adults will either take the drug or continue standard care. The goal is to see if the drug leads to more weight loss and to check for side effects.
