First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study compares a new targeted drug, tirabrutinib, with a standard combination of two chemotherapy drugs (rituximab and temozolomide) in 132 people whose primary central nervous system lymphoma has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The main goal is to see which approach better delays cancer growth or death. Participants will receive either tirabrutinib alone or the standard combo, and their outcomes will be tracked over time.
