Summary
This study tests an experimental device called the Tinnitus Implant System for adults with moderate to severe chronic tinnitus. The implant is placed behind the ear and sends electrical signals to the hearing nerve. Researchers will measure how much tinnitus loudness changes over 6 months in 16 participants.
