New combo aims to tame resistant prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding a new drug called tinengotinib to standard hormone therapy (abiraterone or enzalutamide) is safe and effective for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). About 50 participants will receive the combination to find the best dose and see if it shrinks tumors or lowers PSA levels. The goal is to better control the cancer, not to cure it.
