Summary
This study looked at whether giving a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy at a specific time of day helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. 210 adults who had not received prior treatment were randomly assigned to morning or afternoon infusions. The goal was to see if timing affects how long the cancer is controlled.
