Could a simple clock change boost brain cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06850766
Summary
This study is testing whether the time of day a brain cancer patient takes their chemotherapy pill matters. Researchers want to see if taking the drug, temozolomide, in the morning or evening is easier for patients to stick to and if it affects their quality of life or outcomes. This is a small pilot study with 50 participants to gather information for a larger future trial.
