Summary
This study tests whether giving standard immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) in the morning improves their effectiveness for people with advanced melanoma that cannot be surgically removed. About 99 adults with stage IV melanoma will be randomly assigned to receive treatment in the morning, afternoon, or at their usual time. The goal is to see if timing affects how long the cancer stays under control and whether it reduces side effects.
