Can eating within 10 hours a day help break through weight loss plateaus?

NCT ID NCT04916730

Summary

This study is testing whether time-restricted eating (limiting all food intake to a 10-hour window each day) helps obese adults lose weight and improve how their body fat responds to natural weight-loss signals. Researchers will compare this approach to standard nutritional counseling alone over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this eating schedule can help overcome the body's resistance to burning stored fat.
