Summary

This study looked at whether eating only during a shorter window each day (time-restricted eating) changes how well people sleep and how their body handles sugar. Thirteen healthy adults followed a normal eating schedule for one week and a time-restricted schedule for another week. Researchers measured sleep and blood sugar levels to see if meal timing made a difference.
