Can eating within a time window lock in your weight loss?
NCT ID NCT05742165
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether restricting daily eating to specific time windows helps people maintain weight they've already lost. Researchers recruited 29 adults who had recently lost at least 5% of their body weight through a program. Participants were randomly assigned to eat all their food within either a 6-hour or a 10-hour window each day for 12 weeks to see if this approach was practical and acceptable for long-term weight control.
