Can eating by the clock protect moms and babies from obesity risks?

NCT ID NCT06477120

Summary

This study is testing if a simple eating schedule, called time-restricted eating, can help pregnant women with severe obesity manage their weight and improve health outcomes for themselves and their babies. Researchers will compare 60 participants who follow a specific daily eating window during their second and third trimesters to others receiving standard care. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, practical, and can reduce risks like diabetes and premature birth.
