Summary

This study looks at whether time-restricted eating (eating only during a set window each day) is practical for postmenopausal women with mild cognitive impairment. The goal is to see if this simple lifestyle change could help delay Alzheimer's disease. Fifteen women will track their meal times using text messages for several weeks.
