Summary
This study tests if eating only during an 8-hour window each day (16-hour fast) helps menopausal women lose weight and reduce menopause symptoms. It includes women going through natural menopause or those with hormone-sensitive breast cancer. 84 participants will be randomly assigned to the fasting plan or their usual eating pattern for 12 weeks, with an optional 12-month follow-up.
