Can an 8-Hour eating window shrink your liver fat?

Summary
This study is testing if a daily eating schedule can help reduce fat in the liver. People with obesity and fatty liver disease will try eating all their food within an 8-hour window each day for 12 weeks, without counting calories. Researchers will use MRI scans to see if this time-restricted eating approach lowers liver fat compared to standard dietary advice.
