Can changing when you eat help your liver?

NCT ID NCT05332613

Summary

This study is testing if time-restricted eating, where you eat all your food within an 8-hour window each day, can help reduce fat in the liver for people with fatty liver disease. It will compare this approach to standard diet and exercise advice alone. The goal is to see if this eating schedule provides extra benefit for liver health.
