Eating window study aims to protect aging brains

NCT ID NCT06019195

Summary

This study tested whether time-restricted eating (limiting daily food intake to a 10-hour window) could help prevent age-related memory decline in healthy older adults. For 6 months, 32 participants aged 55-80 followed this eating pattern. Researchers measured changes in brain blood flow, blood vessel health, and cognitive performance to see if this lifestyle change could protect brain function.
