NCT ID NCT06555406
Summary
This study is testing if a daily eating schedule, called time-restricted eating, can help people better manage their bipolar disorder symptoms when used alongside their regular medications. Researchers will enroll 150 adults with bipolar disorder who also have sleep issues. Participants will try to eat all their food within a 10-hour window each day for eight weeks to see if it improves their mood stability and quality of life.
