First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looked at whether eating only during a specific daily window (time-restricted eating) combined with supervised exercise can reduce liver fat and improve heart health in adults with obesity. 187 participants were assigned to one of four groups: time-restricted eating alone, exercise alone, both together, or usual care. The goal was to see if the combination works better than either approach alone.
