Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called MBG453 for adults with a lower-risk form of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), a type of bone marrow disorder. The drug was designed to help the body's own immune system recognize and attack the abnormal blood cells. The trial was for patients whose disease had progressed or who could not tolerate standard treatments, and it aimed to see if the drug could control the disease and improve blood counts.
