Personalized immune cell therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat uterine cancer
NCT ID NCT06481592
Summary
This study is testing a personalized cell therapy called lifileucel for women with advanced endometrial cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Doctors will collect a patient's own tumor-fighting immune cells, grow large numbers of them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The main goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and control the disease in patients who have few other options.
