Personalized cancer army: doctors test re-engineered patient cells to fight tumors
NCT ID NCT06397963
Summary
This study is testing a new personalized cell therapy called GT307 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells from a tumor, grow large numbers of them in a lab, and then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The main goals are to see if this treatment is safe and to find the best dose, while also checking if it helps shrink tumors.
