First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a personalized cell therapy for people with advanced breast cancer who have run out of standard options. Doctors take immune cells from a patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and put them back into the body to attack the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and see if tumors shrink. About 50 adults aged 18 to 75 are being enrolled.
