New hope for hard-to-treat prostate cancer: targeted drug enters phase 2 trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called tarlatamab in people with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer (DLL3-positive) that has spread and either came back or didn't respond to prior treatments. About 32 participants will receive the drug to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. The goal is to find a new option for this difficult-to-treat cancer.
