NCT ID NCT06981390
First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at 300 people having heart bypass surgery to find the best length of time to take two blood thinners (ticagrelor plus aspirin) to keep the new vein grafts open. Participants will take the combination for 3, 6, or 12 months, then switch to aspirin alone. The goal is to balance keeping grafts open against the risk of bleeding.
