Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new therapeutic vaccine called TI-0093 in 12 adults with HPV-16 positive cancers that have returned or spread. The vaccine is given as a series of five shots over about a month. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the vaccine triggers an immune response against the tumors.
