Summary

This study is testing a new program designed to help doctors safely reduce or stop thyroid medication in adults aged 65 and older who may be taking too much. The program provides education for both patients and doctors. The goal is to reduce potential harm from overtreatment and create a model for safely stopping other unneeded medications.
