Walking away from pain: new study tests simple program
NCT ID NCT05700383
First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mind-body walking program is practical and helpful for adults with long-term muscle or bone pain. About 92 people took part, comparing the walking program to a health education class. The goal was to see if people would join, stick with it, and find it useful, not to prove it cures pain.
