Summary
This study follows 352 patients who received the Thoraflex Hybrid device, sometimes with an additional stent, to treat aortic arch and descending aorta diseases like aneurysms or dissections. The goal is to see how safe and effective the device is over 10 years, tracking complications such as stroke, spinal cord injury, and death. Participants are observed as part of their standard care, and the study does not involve any experimental treatments beyond the approved device.
