Summary
This study tests whether a specific back massage technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization on the lower back) can improve forward head posture in young adults aged 18-30. Thirty participants with a head angle less than 52 degrees will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if releasing tension in the back can help straighten the neck and reduce stress.
