Heat-Sensing camera could speed up diagnosis for Men's painful emergency
NCT ID NCT07324590
Summary
This study is testing whether a quick, non-invasive thermal camera scan can help doctors diagnose the cause of sudden testicular pain faster. It will involve 150 men who come to the emergency room with this pain. The camera measures skin temperature differences, which researchers hope can quickly identify serious conditions like testicular torsion that need immediate surgery.
