Summary
This study will test whether a thermal imaging camera can help doctors quickly diagnose the cause of acute testicular pain, especially testicular torsion, which requires urgent surgery. About 150 men with sudden testicular pain will have a thermal image taken in the emergency room before other tests. Their usual care continues, and the camera's temperature readings will be compared to the final diagnosis to see if thermal imaging is a reliable, fast tool.
