New therapy option tested for returning mental health patients
NCT ID NCT06806176
Summary
This study is testing whether a newer type of guided self-help therapy (CAT-GSH) works as well as the standard one (CBT-GSH) for people who are returning to NHS mental health services for anxiety or depression. It involves 100 participants who will choose their preferred therapy and complete six sessions. The research aims to see if the newer option is effective and acceptable for people needing further support.
