Can better sleep curb risky teen behavior? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07399964
Summary
This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can help reduce impulsive actions and risky decision-making in young people with sleep problems. Researchers will compare the therapy to a basic sleep education program in about 124 participants aged 12-24. The goal is to see if improving sleep can lead to better self-control and safer choices.
