Summary
This study is testing whether an online group therapy program can help reduce chronic pain and improve quality of life for people with lupus who also have fibromyalgia. Researchers want to see if this emotional awareness therapy is safe and effective when delivered through video calls. Participants will either receive 8 weeks of therapy sessions or be placed on a waiting list for comparison.
