Summary
This study is testing whether a psychological therapy called Balance Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can improve quality of life for people with long COVID. Researchers are comparing the therapy against standard self-help information in 196 UK adults who have had COVID symptoms for over 12 weeks. The therapy aims to help people better manage their symptoms and daily challenges through psychological techniques.
