Can online therapy heal the invisible wounds of an earthquake?
NCT ID NCT06136481
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether a specific online talk therapy could help adults in Turkey who were struggling with mental health after the 2023 earthquakes. It compared a 12-session therapy program delivered over video calls to a group receiving standard care. The goal was to see if the therapy could reduce symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety while improving overall well-being.
