Summary
This study explores whether generative AI can support people who are already in therapy for generalized anxiety disorder or major depressive disorder. Researchers will enroll 204 adults in the U.S. who are currently in individual therapy. Participants will use an AI tool alongside their regular sessions, and the study will track changes in anxiety and depression symptoms using standard questionnaires.
